Before We Work
House Washing

Ensure all doors and windows are shut and tightly sealed

Please remove any decorations from the side of your house and front porch.

Ensure any gates are unlocked and the exterior hose spigot is functioning and not blocked

Clear the driveway of vehicles or pull them to the end to allow adequate access around the house. Please ensure the front of your house street is open as well. We use a truck and 12 foot trailer to perform work and need adequate space to safely park and work.

Water your plants prior to service to ensure they remain happy/healthy during the cleaning, especially as we get into the warmer months of summer. Potted plants and hanging baskets should be moved away from the home.

Remain inside along with pets/children during the service. If you need to leave during cleaning please notify us so we can ensure it is safe to do so.
Deck/Patio/Pool Deck Cleaning​

Unless prior arrangements are made it is the responsibility of the home owner to move their belongings from the areas that are to be cleaned. If Water Dog will be moving your belongings we cannot be responsible for damage that may occur in the process. There is an additional $50 fee for clearing these areas of furniture. If you have any Questions/Concerns please ask!
